Surveys now available to all

We have good news – surveys are now available for all existing Qmee users! For all those that have been waiting, thanks so much for your patience.

We’re still working closely with the survey providers and we’ve made a lot of improvements to the new feature, but we are still in beta so please feel free to reach out with any feedback you have.

Go to the ‘surveys‘ tab on your Qmee dashboard now to opt in to receive surveys, and see what’s waiting for you to complete. We’ll also notify you whenever new surveys become available so you’ll have lots of opportunities to earn rewards! If you’ve just joined Qmee, don’t worry, the survey tab will become available to you after a few days.

When you successfully complete a survey, allow some time for your reward to reach your piggybank – in some instances it may take up to an hour and a half for the providers to process your completed survey, so don’t panic if you don’t receive your reward straight away.

    I’m pretty sure you sent an email a while ago stating we would still get some cash if we disqualify from a survey? Is this not the case?

    I have been getting lots and lots of surveys, which is great! However, I do seem to get surveys that when i click on them, say there are already enough respondents. This is a tad annoying as I respond within minutes of receiving the surveys. Will you be adding any big money surveys such as week long diary type surveys?

    So pleased to hear you’ve been getting lots of surveys 🙂

    We’ve asked the survey providers to let us know as soon as they have enough respondents for a survey so that we can remove those surveys/not show them – we get this information from the survey provider so sometimes there will be surveys that have already met their quota of respondents.

    We’re looking at new survey ideas all the time so we will pass your idea/feedback on to the rest of the team as it may be something we want to look in to 🙂

    So far this month, I have received very few surveys and none in the past 3 days. I just wondered why this is as since I’ve been getting surveys from qmee (mid-April) I received loads, but I’m not getting them now. Is there a fault somewhere on your end?

    Please could you let me know what’s going on. Thank you.

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    New surveys are sent to you whenever they become available from the survey providers, and whenever the survey providers have surveys that match your profile – so if may just be the survey providers don’t have as many new available surveys at the moment for you. Don’t worry, as soon as they do, the surveys will be shown on your Surveys tab.

    What is wrong with the Qmee site? It’s constantly down recently, either saying ‘Qmee is broken’ or it’s ‘under maintenance’. Do you have any idea when this will be fixed? It’s been running very slowly for weeks now.

    We had technical difficulties over the weekend (the past 2 days) but our tech team are aware and they’re working on fixing the issues at the moment. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    I just completed this survey

    And it told me I wasn’t successful and only gave me 6p when I should have got 50p. After I completed the survey it gave me an error screen saying ‘It’s not you, it’s us’. It also gave me this error screen just before I started the survey. Please update my account with the extra 44p. You should know which account mine is by my e-mail address. Thank you.
