What’s Changed?

Surveys come from lots of different providers, but there are some rules that they are quite sensitive about. Recently, our survey providers have been looking more closely at survey responses, which is leading to an increased number of declines and bans from our providers.

Sometimes, it’s not clear why you’ve been declined or are seeing less surveys, which can make it tricky for you to increase your successful surveys. So, we wanted to help you understand a bit more about what’s going on behind the curtain!

How Qmee are Helping

With the help of Oinq, we’ve put together some survey tips that’ll help make it a lot clearer what you need to watch out for when taking surveys. After being declined from a survey, when available, you’ll now sometimes be given a reason for the decline, and a reminder of the things to look out for.

Where Do Decline Reasons Come From?

Sometimes, we may feed back a decline reason from the survey provider that you might not feel is accurate. These are the decline reasons we are given by the survey provider, that we then make you aware of – these decline reasons are not decided by Qmee. We understand that this can be frustrating, so, please be aware, we are continuously working with our providers to improve the survey experience and reduce inaccurate and unfair survey declines.

To find our tips, you can head to the Qmee Survey Tips page. Or, if you want to find them from your own Qmee account, head to the menu in the top left corner of the app, or the top right corner of Qmee on your browser. Scroll down and you’ll see ‘Survey Tips’, under the ‘Help’ section.
